Are you thinking of building new in Silicon Valley by numerous businesses, fabulous restaurants, theaters, and malls? Are you thinking of attaining that fabulous mountain view over Alum Forest? This is part two of Alum Ridge: when the homes get built. Unlike most communities, where all land is used, we have set aside almost half of the subdivision property for natural use, such as reforestation, forest conservation, bike trails, and our designated creek that will circle the property and criss-cross the bike routes. The custom homes will be on larger-than-normal properties, encompassing over half to one-and-a-half acres! The land that we are using was previously uninhabited. So think again about moving to those tract homes by the bay, because you can get an even better deal here!
